The arrival time depends on the complexity of the setup and the venue's access time. Typically , we arrive several hours before the event starts to ensure everything is perfectly in place. Please be advised that if a venue only allows 1-2 hr setup , it may require additional assistance to complete the job in a timely manner.

Most of our backdrop usually take 2 - 3 hrs to set up and 45-60 minutes to breakdown
